Focuses of this course of study
The primary focus is on drawing in all its guises, whether traditional or experimental. As with painting, advanced and multi-disciplinary elements with other areas are both possible and desired here. The educational aim is the ability to work professionally with traditional graphic and printing techniques (etching, wood-cutting, lithography, copper engraving, offset and silkscreen printing). Artistic foundation course and subject-speciﬁc project work during main study period.
General qualiﬁcation for university entrance, and artistic suitability. No specialist prior technical and craft skills are required. Exceptions: The general qualiﬁcation for university entrance can be waived in cases of exceptional talent combined with professional experience.
