Since 2000 Freelance typeface and graphic designer in Berlin. 2003–2005 Guest lecturer at Bergen Academy of Art and Design/Norway. 2005–2008 Adjunct professor there. 2004 Establishment of own fontlabel: typecuts. 2007 Guest professor at Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design Halle. 2007–2008 Interim professor there. Since 2008 Professor at BURG, Design Faculty. 2010–2014 Pro-rector of Communication. 2010 Appointment to the Art Council of the Federal Ministry of Finance.
