In my letter of motivation for my application to Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design, I expressed my desire to experience intimacy with myself. To encounter myself through artistic activity. I sense that the works I present here represent nuances that stand between this quality of intimacy with myself and at the same time reveal facets of my current being. At the same time, they are also symbols of human and interpersonal gestures.
Movements and rhythms, surfaces and structures, distortions, reflections and projections, visible and invisible, transparent and perceptible, open and closed, hidden and yet present, shells and layers, insights and outlooks, everything and nothing.
