Prof. Rudolf Schäfer

1952 born in Herrenhof/Thuringia. From 1973 Freelance photographer in Berlin. 1978–1983 Distance studies at the Academy of Visual Arts, Leipzig. 1986–1989 Master student at the Academy of the Arts Berlin (East) with Ludwig Engelhardt and Klaus Wittkugel. 1990–1992 Creative director at RSCG Schäfer Bellot Berlin (Euro RSCG). 1992–1999 Scenic documentation of the Potsdamer Platz Project Berlin for Daimler-Chrysler and Sony. Since 1997 Professor at BURG, Design Faculty.
