The basic goal of the workshop was to develop a variety of ideas for concrete products with concrete cycles for the different bioplastics together with all project participants. In addition to generating new ideas, the workshop&#8217;s aim was to introduce the students to methodological strategies with which they can continue developing their own ideas for the project.<br><br>The workshop was divided into four parts. The goal of the first part was a brainstorming to create a base in regards to the content for the workshop. The students were asked to write down as many spontaneous terms as they could think of for products, stakeholder, mega trends and business models. Afterwards, questions were to be formulated from the previously written down terms, which were to link the individual terms with each other in a new way. For example: &#8222;What if my organic waste garbage can could produce cling film in the future?&#8220;<br><br>In the second part, the students formed teams of two in which five products or service ideas were to be developed from the previously formulated questions. The ideas developed were always to be conceived in conjunction with the bioplastics linked with the project. For this step of the workshop, the students should also define more detailed how their idea could work, which stakeholder would be involved and how the value chain of the products could look like.<br><br>After a short break, phase three started with the presentation of the developed ideas. This was followed by a feedback round with two groups each, this was about getting new input before moving on to the final phase of the third part. One of the five ideas should be further developed.<br>How can a circle for this idea finally look like? What is the effect in other systems? The finished cycle was then sketched.<br><br>In the fourth part, each group was given the concept of a different group. They should get away from their own concepts and previous considerations and look at another circle again. The aim was to check the circle for its ability to circulate, problems and actors.
