The chair for active sitting
For many people, sitting is part of everyday life. We sit at the kitchen table, at work and in our free time – we sit a lot. Although sitting also means relaxation for certain areas of the body, long periods of monotonous sitting often lead to pain, tension and circulatory problems. The PFFFH… chair aims to address this problem and promote active sitting. A pneumatic attachment system allows the chair legs to be raised and lowered using two hand pumps attached to the feet. Two check valves ensure that the cushions continuously lose air pressure. In order to maintain the desired seat height, air must be constantly pumped into the system, thereby moving the body.
