STREETPLASTIC

STREETPLASTIC is a mobile smelting plant that moves through the streets of the city, turning old collected plastic bags into new plastic bags. The production takes place on the street – so the street becomes an improvised production line. Consumer-driven citizens create their own personal bag from their bags. A paradoxical relationship to the new value object is created. The lifespan of a normal plastic bag is 20 minutes.
