Cotton Wool Experiments
Cotton wool (“Watte” in German) is an everyday product known for its absorbtion properties and softness. Art student Evelin Marin started an range of material experiments during an early visual arts course ("Material und Konsequenz" by Prof. Rolf Wicker). In doing so, she discovered that this seemingly unimpressive material is actually full of surprises.
