EXCURSION TO THE SENCKENBERG MUSEUM

Frankfurt – 17.04.2015

Mrs. Szymanski gave us a valuable insight into natural phenomena in an incredibly inspiring way.
These included, for example, systems of intelligent distribution/supply/networking such as our blood vessel and nervous systems or the pathways in plants. Also on display were nervous and circulatory systems in glass and insects that breathe through the trachea.
Another phenomenon she showed us describes the enlargement of surface area in the smallest space as seen in brain folds, in the lungs or the gastrointestinal tract.
Ms. Szymanski also explained material cycles in nature using stromatolites and rainforest tree installations.
