Workshop: Code of conduct with Vicky Tiegelkamp

In the workshop with Vicky Tiegelkamp, the students learned and practised how to work together successfully. Through various exercises such as active listening, basic assumptions and practices for success, the students learned which aspects are important for good cooperation. In addition to short input lectures by Vicky Tiegelkamp, the students practised communication techniques in groups, structured and organised their teams, and developed shared values that are important to each group.

In further training sessions, the students were able to practise different roles for group work situations, like time keeper, moderator or host and get used to basic structural meeting elements like Social Check-In‘s or the well-know Check-Out. Different assessment and reflection exercises accompanied each session.
