The BURGNetz is an BURG-internal location for storing files. The data stored on the server is protected by a firewall and is therefore secure from external access. The Rechenzentrum does a daily backup of all stored data to prevent data loss. It is generally possible to access BURGNetz computers, servers, and folders from outside via VPN tunnel.

Storage space: The storage space available per person is 1 GB.

For what?
Secure storage of up to 1 GB of data.

For whom?
Available to professors, students and teaching and administrative staff.

How?
An account and information on how to access the server from outside the BURG is provided by the Rechenzentrum.
