Ableton

Access
Ableton is installed on 10 computers at the Tonstudio. For renting a laptop with the software installed, please contact theTonstudio.

Adobe

Access
Adobe Cloud is installed on all computers at the computer and Mac pools. Within BURG, logged in to the BURG server students can use Adobe Cloud on their own computers with their student ID. Unfortunately, it is not possible to obtain a license for your own device outside of BURG.

Affinity

Access
Affinity is installed on your own device. To do this, make an appointment with Rechenzentrum and bring your device to the appointment.

Autodesk (Maya, Alias, 3ds Max)

Access
All BURG members can register for a free license. All you need to do is provide proof of matriculation on the website.

Capture One

Access
The software is installed on a computer at I/O Lab. Unfortunately, this computer cannot be rented. However, students can work with the software at I/O Lab. Please contact the I/O Lab.

Clo3D

Access
BURG members will have access to licenses for the Clo3D software until mid-2026. The software is installed in the computer pools of the fashion departments. For personal projects, the software can also be used on personal computers for a limited period of time.

Cyclone 360

Access
The software is installed on a computer at I/O Lab. Unfortunately, this computer cannot be rented. However, students can work with the software at I/O Lab. Please contact the I/O Lab.

DaVinci Resolve Pro

Access
The software is installed on a computer at Stream Lab. Unfortunately, this computer cannot be rented. However, students can work with the software at Stream Lab. Please contact the Stream Lab.

Metashape

Access
Metashape is installed on the laptops connected to the mobile clay printers. Licenses are also available via the computers of the I/O Lab. To use the software, please contact the I/O Lab or the mobile clay printer contact.

Microsoft Office

Access
Microsoft Office is installed on all computers in the computer and Mac pools. Open Office offers a free alternative for your own computer.

All BURG members can register for a free education license. Proof of matriculation or employment at a university is required.

Access
Rhino is installed on all computers in the computer and Mac pools. To obtain a license for your own device via the license server, contact the Rechenzentrum and specify the desired time period.
