Mail is the most important messaging tool at BURG. All important information is communicated to BURG members by mail.

For what?
To receive and send information concerning other BURG members.

For whom?

Every BURG member has their own BURG email address. The address either consists of the first and last name, or the student ID. If the name is very long the email address can be shortened. The Rechenzentrum can be asked.

How?

Emails can be retrieved and sent via the BURG mailing service: https://www.burg-halle.de/mail. For those who prefer to retrieve and send emails via their favorite email program or smartphone, the computer center has provided instructions on how to set up a mail client: Link
