Planning or Improvising? Reflecting on goals and meaning
A practise-oriented training module

Art making is on the one side an emotional-mental-spiritual activity, which requires creativity and inspiration, while on the other side it is a production activity, which requires planning and implementation. Therefore dealing with art projects and working with art practitioners requires not only a better understanding of people and their activities but also skills to plan, manage, communicate, motivate and coach ourselves and others. This practice based cross-disciplinary training which integrates existential coaching and strategic planning aims to give participants an introductory knowledge and the basic tools to be able to reflect on themselves and their relations with others.
