The course "ARCADE - minimal" developed interactive prototypes for human-computer interactions inspired by arcade game machines.

The results of the project should be documented as video sequences based on storyboards developed by the students. Streamlab supported them with the necessary technology, the conception of the set-up, as well as technical and content-related mediation during the video production. Speed was the focus when documenting: students should record their projects quickly, efficiently and still in high quality to present them online or submit them to competitions.

Therefore, the Streamlab was arranged to enable students to process their storyboards into video recordings with minimal effort and in the shortest possible time.

The setup consisted of three cameras: one camera from above to film objects; one camera to capture the entire situation; and one camera to provide detailed perspectives. In addition, screen contents of the computer games were recorded. The footage produced could be combined and edited into 4 video tracks.

The results are 8 high-quality project documentations within a short period of time. The videos are multifunctional and can be used in various online formats.
