Studentenwohnheime werden vom Studentenwerk Halle betrieben. Da nur eine begrenze Anzahl an Plätzen vorhanden ist, empfehlen wir eine frühzeitige Bewerbung. Bitte nutzen Sie die Online-Bewerbung dafür.
Student halls of residence or dormitories are run by the Studentenwerk Halle (student welfare organization). Since there are a limited number of spaces available, it is recommended that you send your application in early. Please use the application form online.
WG / Shared Falt
Sie können sich auch ein Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft (WG) suchen und so kostengünstig wohnen. Diese Form des Wohnens ist in Deutschland besonders unter Studenten populär. Manchmal finden Sie Anzeigen bei der Universität oder Sie schauen im Internet. Empfehlenswert ist die folgende Seite:
If it is not possible to find a student apartment, or you wish to find housing on your own, you can apply for the very popular shared accommodation in apartments (Wohngemeinschaften/WGs) where everyone has a room of his or her own. The best place to find available places for rent is on the bulletin boards (Schwarzes Brett), found in the entrances of many university buildings and cafeterias. Wohnung / Flat
Falls Sie eine Wohnung privat mieten möchten, sollten Sie unbedingt einen offiziellen Mietvertrag abschließen. Bitte überweisen Sie nie Geld im Voraus und besichtigen Sie zuerst die Wohnung. Eine Kaution darf in Deutschland nicht höher sein, als drei Monatsmieten (kalt). Die folgenden Seiten sind empfehlenswert:
You can also rent privately a flat. It is strongly advisable to conclude a written tenancy agreement (Mietvertrag).
